Being a guy, I believe that there is a tool for everything. In order to complete a task, you need to have the right tool. I have even been known to redo a completed task simply because I found the right tool that would be perfect for the job.
Sounds crazy, I know. All the men are nodding their heads in agreement. All the women are shaking their heads in disbelief.
As many times as we have gone to a pharmacy, I know that there is a medicine that can fix most anything. I have studied over the counter boxes looking for the perfect medicine to treat the symptoms of the James Family 4. The helpful people in the pharmacy have pointed me in the right direction many times. I like those people in scrubs and white coats. They have enhanced my quality of life numerous times.
With that said, I also know that simply taking a pill doesn’t always do the trick. Meds are there to help, not do all the work. I can eat better, exercise more, and take other steps to improve my health. Since October, there is something else that I have learned to do.
Pray for the medication to work.
The doctors are amazed and thrilled at Beth’s progress. I am, too. The doctors are surprised. I’m not. Team Beth has offered so much prayer that it is no wonder she is doing as well as she is.
Keep praying, friends. God is using the medication to reveal His power. And your prayers are a big part of His being involved.
Awesome news!!!! I will continue to pray!!!! God is the ultimate physician!!!
